Description of problem:

1. Install OCP 4.20.4 on ARM server (SNO)
2. Apply Performance Profile
Note: This is probably not ARM specific, but that's where I have first seen this.

Error logs in tuned pod (see above)
Expected results:
No error logs in tuned pod
