On the 4.21.0-ec.3 s390x cluster, while installing the operator, the suggested namespace is not appearing in the web console, impacting the overall user experience. Until 4.21.0-ec.2, the suggested namespace was visible. Here, I am trying to install the Secondary Scheduler Operator.

    Everytime

    1.Login to web console
    2.Select software catalog and search the operator
    3.Install the operator
    

    While installing the operator, namespace is not suggested.

    While installing the operator, namespace is suggested if the operator namespace doesn't exist.
