Description of problem:

 It is unclear if External Secrets Integration is part of OKE or only OCP. New feature in 4.20 but is not added to the About OpenShift Kubernetes Engine page in the documentation. Also Log Management is listed as NOT in OKE but Log Forwarding is in OKE - what is covered under Log Management? Which actual feature or features is this that is not in OKE.
