      Description of problem:

There is a need for docs for graceful shutdown and restart of HCP clusters.

Just like there are docs for OCP cluster shutdown and restart -
      https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.18/html/backup_and_restore/graceful-shutdown-cluster
      https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.18/html/backup_and_restore/graceful-restart-cluster

In cases where customers have to shutdown their OCP clusters they can follow these docs but if there are HCP clusters also installed on top of the Hub cluster, there is no doc available to follow for graceful shutdown/restart of the HCP cluster.
