Description of problem:
The test e2e-aws-pre-release-ossm is permanently failing on cluster-ingress-operator. The test tries to reach konflux and fails with a timeout. Additionally, the script that tries to reach konflux (https://github.com/openshift/cluster-ingress-operator/blob/b62dd27c901d495e6e78b11968872c002cc2416f/hack/test-pre-release-ossm-images.sh#L19) is not retrying logins or calls, when it should to avoid network flakes to break the whole test
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.21
How reproducible:
Just check recent executions of: https://prow.ci.openshift.org/job-history/gs/test-platform-results/pr-logs/directory/pull-ci-openshift-cluster-ingress-operator-master-e2e-aws-pre-release-ossm
Expected results:
Test to always pass
Additional info:
It is unclear if this is a network issue or a test issue. Recent executions of this test on build03 worked fine, once build09 was being used it started to fail. An additional thread was raised with testplatform team to verify this issue: https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/CBN38N3MW/p1764001693191699
