linuxptp-daemon takes 2 seconds per ublxCmds

      Description of problem:

          During startup in the linuxptp-daemon-container, ubxtool takes about 2 seconds to run each in ublxCmds, delaying the startup of other processes.

          latest release-4.21

      How reproducible:

          100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Apply PtpProfile with e810 settings and ublxCmds
    2. Notice that running these commands takes about 2 seconds each on startup
    3.
