Description of problem:

The linuxptp-daemon is not built with the chrony package installed, preventing the service from being started. A downstream effect is an eventual segfault in the container

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. apply PtpConfig with profile that includes chronyd config and options
    2. wait for errors in linuxptp-daemon-container
    3. wait for eventual segfault in linuxptp-daemon-container

Actual results:

    pod eventually enters CrashLoopBackoff

Expected results:

    pod starts chronyd successfully
