After a node rebooted due to an Openshift cluster upgrade many services on the node failed to start.

Further investigation found that the selinux contexts in the node are incorrect.

Was able to get rpcbind, nfs-server to start by correcting the contexts

Need to know why the node ended up with the wrong contexts and how to easily correct.
