      Mirror site shows 4.20.1 for eus-4.20 release. Last week it showed 4.20.2

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Navigate to https://access.redhat.com/labs/ocpupgradegraph/update_path/?channel=eus-4.20&arch=ppc64le&is_show_hot_fix=false&current_ocp_version=4.20.0&target_ocp_version=4.20.2 it shows that eus-4.20 includes 4.20.2
     2. Navigate to https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/ppc64le/clients/ocp/stable-4.20/release.txthttps://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/amd64/clients/ocp/stable-4.20/release.txt
     3. Customer expects release.txt to show 4.20.2 and is concerned that this is not a good release 4.20.2
