      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-65535. The following is the description of the original issue:
      —
      Description of problem:

          The Dockerfile for the downstream was recently moved under the addons/RedHat folder, and the synce4l package was removed, resulting in a missing synce4l process and preventing PTP from being configured with synce4l.

          oc exec -n openshift-ptp -c linuxptp-daemon-container linuxptp-daemon-md2f8 -- rpm -qi synce4lpackage synce4l is not installedcommand terminated with exit code 12:45or just type synce4l
