      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-60157. The following is the description of the original issue:

      The MCO's OCL presubmits have not passed since Jul. 16. See: https://prow.ci.openshift.org/job-history/gs/test-platform-results/pr-logs/directory/pull-ci-openshift-machine-config-operator-main-e2e-gcp-op-ocl

       

      There are a variety of failures, but the main ones are

      Run multi-stage test test phase/Run multi-stage test e2e-gcp-op-ocl - e2e-gcp-op-ocl-test container test

      TestMissingImageIsRebuilt

      TestOnClusterLayering

       

      (The latter ones seem to run early, so either TestOnClusterLayering fails or it passes and then the rebuild fails.)
