      * Before this update, the installation program did not prevent you from attempting to install {sno-caps} {sno} on bare metal on the installer-provisioned infrastructure (IPI). As a consequence, the installation failed because it was not supported. With this release, {product-title} prevents {sno} cluster installations on unsupported platforms.       Description of problem:

      The SNO deployment on OCP 4.11 is failing on PSI(openstack) provider

      [Note:* There is no SNO on OCP - this refers to installing IPI with 1 control plane replica and no workers.{*}]

      How reproducible:

      We used below pipeline to deploy the SNO on RHOS_IPI and it keeps failing.
