Description of problem:
Trying to delete pod that's using multiple EFS volumes fails very frequently due to failure to unmount the EFS volumes. This seems to happen because some of the volumes got mounted multiple times (with different stunnel port) and kubelet will not attempt to unmount them.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
How reproducible:
Frequently
Steps to Reproduce:
1. See https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/aws-efs-csi-driver/issues/695
Actual results:
Some pods remain in Terminating state.
Expected results:
All pods are deleted.
Additional info:
This may need a redesign of the driver. The Kubernetes mounter has no way to monitor the state of the mount processes which may be necessary here to prevent issuing another mount command.
