Description of problem:

    We have to update the ranges of the ports: 
"49152-65535: Dynamic or private ports" in this page https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.16/html/installation_configuration/configuring-firewall#network-flow-matrix_configuring-firewall

This range needs to be 32768–60999

Should be updated in 4.16 and later versions
