OCP nodes are getting rebooted continuously, due to issue with the KABI brekage in kernel from kernel-5.14.0-427.87.1.el9_4 and kernel-5.14.0-427.95.1.el9_4, which as per the kernel team it is fixed in kernel-5.14.0-427.96.1.el9_4.

In order to avoid this issue, we need to upgrade to OCP version which ships below kernel version:
kernel-5.14.0-427.96.1.el9_4
This bug is raised to consider the OCP upgrade graph as well, as shipping the fixed kernel in latest minor version of OCP.
