This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-61133. The following is the description of the original issue:

Description of problem:

1. With the incorporation of the Catalog's new search relevance scoring and priority value ordering for listing items, along with OperatorHub being moved within Software Catalog, the new Search Relevance Score is not being calculated correctly.
2. operator item keywords are not included in the calculating the Search relevance scoring and are not being displayed when searching for terms that are included in their keywords.
3. Metadata name should not be used in the calculation. Item.name should be in the only name scored.

 
Search queries for the following terms fail to list operators with those keywords associated in the items properties array.
"serverless"
"servicemesh"
"logging"

The "Function Mesh Operator" and "YAKS Operator" both have "serverless" in their keyword arrays, but are not displayed in the search results.
