Description of problem:

    Some namespaces have discrepancies between a the reported data in the CRQ and the actual requested resources by pods. The CRQ are reporting more resource then the pods are actually using

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

    4.18.z

How reproducible:

    Create a CRQ and report on the used resources. Then, sum up the used resources of each pod.

Actual results:

    The numbers are off by more than can be explained by mere rounding errors.

Expected results:

    The numbers should match.

Additional info:

    KCS 6957129 seems similar, but has been ruled out.
    Case 04247085 contains all of the information about this issue.
