Description of problem:

the new 'Filter by name' input doesn't support keyboard shortcut

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. goes to CRD list page, choose Filter by name
    2.
    3.

Actual results:

search input doesn't get focus when user press `/` key

Expected results:

the old 'Search by name' does support keyboard shortcut and 'Filter by label' support keyboard shortcut as well

UPDATE: Based on the discussion with nthoen this is and upstream issue, for which we created https://github.com/patternfly/react-data-view/issues/560
