ESO operands can't be updated automatically by the opreator. The deployments of operands can only be updated when they are recreated.

    3.update the config of externalsecretsconfig/externalsecretsmanager
    

The operands won't be updated by the updated config. These operands can be only updated when they are recreated(delete them manually).
