When creating alerting rule using cross namespace alerts  the alerting rules are not visible in the Developer view while we can find it using CLI

    4.19

    1. In a cluster 4.19 enable UWM
    2. Setup cross namespace alerting as per the [doc|https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.19/html/monitoring/managing-alerts#creating-cross-project-alerting-rules-for-user-defined-projects_managing-alerts-as-an-administrator]
    3. Check the alerting rule using CLI, oc get prometheus rules but same is not available in alerting rules in dev view
