As a part of the 4.20 release, the RAN reference container as a part of adding support for ARM was re-organized to be like the Core reference container (folder structure, etc).

However, the folder structure for one manifest in particular is incorrect and will lead to confusion.

Is currently housed in a folder marked for the sriov-network operator, which is incorrect.  This manifest is actually related to the Intel authored/supported sriov-fec operator and this manifest should be moved to the sriov-fec-operator folder in 4.20 and all past & subsequent releases.
