Description of problem:
Multi-NetworkPolicy is particularly important for virtualization customers using Localnet CUDNs. In older releases there was a doc telling customers that to use Multi-NetworkPolicies they had to enable the feature by patching the NCO. eg. https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.14/networking/multiple_networks/configuring-multi-network-policy.html In later versions this document and that information has been dropped. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.17+ I believe. Docs site is so slow it's too cumbersome to fully vet.
Actual results:
Use of multi-networkpolicy is unclear.
Expected results:
Customers know that action must be taken to enable Multi-NetworkPolicies, and they know what that is.
This Network Security doc https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.19/html/network_security/index should have a section on 'Multi-Network policy'
The Cluster Network Operator doc https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.19/html/networking_operators/cluster-network-operator should include coverage of `useMultiNetworkPolicy` (and every other parameter).
