Multi-NetworkPolicy is particularly important for virtualization customers using Localnet CUDNs.

In older releases there was a doc telling customers that to use Multi-NetworkPolicies they had to enable the feature by patching the NCO. eg. https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.14/networking/multiple_networks/configuring-multi-network-policy.html

In later versions this document and that information has been dropped.



Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.17+ I believe. Docs site is so slow it's too cumbersome to fully vet. 

Use of multi-networkpolicy is unclear.    

Customers know that action must be taken to enable Multi-NetworkPolicies, and they know what that is.
