      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-60170. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

          telco-core/configuration/reference-crs/required/scheduling/NROPSubscription.yaml is missing "installPlanApproval" option which results in deviation reported by cluster-compare tool:
