When providing an invalid VPC name in platform.powervs.vpcName the error shown is:

panic: runtime error: invalid memory address or nil pointer dereference
[signal SIGSEGV: segmentation violation code=0x1 addr=0x138 pc=0x57c5719]

I would at least want to see what value was rejected in the error message and fails with the helpful error message.
