Extra file ztp/kube-compare-reference/required/ptp-operator/PtpConfigGmWpc.yaml
and possibly also ztp/kube-compare-reference/required/ptp-operator/PtpConfigBoundary.yaml

These files are present in 4.17 and earlier. They don't seem to be used by cluster-compare,
and should be removed.

          ztp-4.17.1-26 and earlier y-streams through 4.14

          1. Download ztp container
    2. extract and inspect reference diretory tree

          These files are present but unused
