Whenever the ANP's are created, there is an observation in cpu utilization spike every 15 min. After removal of the ANP the cpu spikes observes a instant drop in cpu utilization.

Always

1. Create 1 BANP
2. Create 60-70 projects with ANP.
3. And check the metrics:
sum(rate(container_cpu_usage_seconds_total{id="/",instance=~"($instance_master_nodes_without_port).*",tenant_id=~"($tenant).*"}[1m]))

There is cpu spike observed.
