This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-61661. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

After upgrading the hosted cluster to 4.19.z, the metrics from platform are not available in Monitoring Dashboards.
This is caused because the PromQL reference behind the dashboards are incorrect. If typo is fixed, then metrics are visible again

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.19.10

      How reproducible:

      It is not 100% reproducible.
When I created a fresh cluster, then everything was visible, but the impacted cluster had followed certain upgrades during which it would have broken.

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. NA
          2.
          3.

      Actual results:

The metrics in monitoring dashboards are not visible.

      Expected results:

The metrics in monitoring dashboards are not visible.

      Additional info:

The issue was initially observed after upgrade to 4.19.7 but it persisted in RHOCP 4.19.10
