      Description of problem:

      Change the name of Insights Advisor to Red Hat Lightspeed Advisor in the widget in console.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      InsightsPopup component

      I made a PR with necessary changes https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/15531

      but it is blocked by the console release schedule. We should include these changes to the closest release.
