      Description of problem:

As part of OCPBUGS-56049, we need a new RHCOS boot image to be built including nmstate-2.2.50. This is required to be able to install certain servers with a specific PCI bridge configuration.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      OpenShift 4.18.z

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Download openshift-install for any 4.18.x release
          2. Run openshift-install coreos print-stream-json |grep iso
          3. Download ISO file and check for nmstate version

      Actual results:

The latest boot ISO (rhcos-418.94.202508060022-0-live.x86_64.iso as of OCP 4.18.25) has nmstate-2.2.48
