I noticed the few objects are processed multiple times when testing kube-compare with a reference that includes the Infrastructure object ("config.openshift.io/v1" type "Infrastructure" name "cluster")

Always, try loading any openshift must gather archive with a reference that contains the Infrastructure object.   

    1. Use the reference attached in the tarball (or any that uses Infrastructure cluster config)
    2. Check the logs
    3. Try using lookupCR and notice it finds two instances
