Some bootstrap pods have duplicate logging

      Pods running on the bootstrap node and started by bootkube have their log messages duplicated, which makes for confusing reading. This was caused by a change of podman defaults going from RHEL 8 to RHEL 9.

      In addition, a number of services in the Agent ISO suffer from the same problem (since forever).
