      Description of problem:

          There was a warning message added to 4.20 that needs to be updated. The message was saying that v2 was going to be the default in 4.21 but this is not going to happen anymore. 

A new warning message saying that the usage of --v1 or --v2 is mandatory starting in 4.21 is the correct message to show.
