Undefined Description of problem:

Failed twice for 4.20[AWS and Azure multiarch] and once for 4.19[AWS]
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Ran the test on prow PR: https://github.com/openshift/release/pull/68493
Actual results:
Containers did not recover within 60s
Expected results:
Containers should recover within 60s Usually they come within 30 secs
Additional info:
Ran the test on 27th sept, got a clean run on the Azure multiarch profile:
