      Previously, deleting a `VolumeSnapshot` object for a persistent volume provisioned by the Azure File CSI driver also deleted the underlying fileshare, resulting in data loss; this has been corrected by updating the driver to ensure only the snapshot is removed, thereby preserving the source fileshare.

      Note the azure-file snapshot is TP, but it leads critical data loss and the fix looks safe.
