In agent-installer-utils, the Konflux ove-ui-iso-on-pull-request pipelineRun is triggered on any commits. We should filter this so that it only occurs on .tekton or tools/iso_builder/Dockerfile changes. This will prevent this long-running job for running unnecessarily.
