Operators are unable to Install/Update due to RPC DeadlineExceeded while listing bundles error.

      Description of problem:

      Unable to Install/Update operators. getting below warning :

      "Warning alert:CatalogSource health unknown This operator cannot be updated. The health of CatalogSource "redhat-operators" is unknown. It may have been disabled or removed from the cluster.CatalogSource CSView CatalogSource

       

      Found below errors in catalog-operator pod logs:

      reason: 'ResolutionFailed' error using catalogsource openshift-marketplace/redhat-operators: error encountered while listing bundles: rpc error: code = DeadlineExceeded desc = context deadline exceeded

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.16.46

      Actual results:

      OLM is hung and unable to Install/Update any operator

      Expected results:

      Operators should Install/Update

      Additional info:

      This issue was known and fixed in 4.16.46 version but still exists.
