Description of problem:

During some CI runs, HAProxy segfaulted after https://github.com/openshift/router/pull/656 was merged. The commit has been reverted, but to help debug similar issues in the future, CI clusters should be configured to save coredumps, and those coredumps should be collected at the end of the run.
