Observing below error in the overview section of the OCP web console after upgrading the cluster from version 4.18 to 4.19. u.healthHandler is not a function

Cluster version is 4.19.5

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login to OCP web console 2. Click on Overview Section 3.
Actual results:
u.healthHandler is not a function error
