Description of problem:

    Extension of OCPBUGS-38962, which was closed due to being un-reproducible.

    The user's cluster is singular in being unable to load the Topology view of the Dev Console for any namespaces that hold Knative resources. The issue doesn't occur in any of their other clusters, nor does it appear to be readily reproducible in any new clusters.

Actual results:

    Topology view never loads, merely displays loading screen indefinitely

Expected results:

    Topology loads with Pods from Knative service in namespace

Additional info:

    New issue was created rather than re-opening the old one in pursuit of a solution.
