Description of problem:

Pre-release index images for following 5 operators are not available for Power

Ingress node firewall Operator
nmstate operator
Vertical Pod Autoscaler Operator
MetalLB Operator
Cluster Resource Override Operator

ART team has provided below images build using brew builds.

Operator installation is failing with error message
