      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-59631. The following is the description of the original issue:
      —
      Description of problem: Using namespaced-sriovnetworks, when a sriovnetwork/net1 is created and then patched, ownerReference field is deleted from the corresponding NetworkAttachmentDefinition

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.20

      How reproducible: 100%

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Create sriovnetwork/net1 in test namespace testns1
      2. Verify networkattachmentdefinition/net1 is created in testns1 with ownerReference pointed to sriovnetwork/net1
      3. Patch sriovnetwork/net1 wit new resourceName in spec

      4. Verify networkAttachement/net1 is updated no field of ownerReference

      Actual results: ownerReference field is removed from NAD

      Expected results: ownerReference field is retained
