Description of problem: 

During ART prepare release for 4.21 ec.3 we notice that 4.20 images are still referening 4.19 

Bundle ingress-node-firewall-operator-bundle-container-v4.20.0.202506061110.p0.g8617ce7.assembly.stream.el9-2 CSV metadata.name has no datestamp: ingress-node-firewall.v4.19.0 Bundle ingress-node-firewall-operator-bundle-container-v4.20.0.202506061110.p0.g8617ce7.assembly.stream.el9-2 CSV spec.version has no datestamp: 4.21.0

Please update 4.20 with correct references aligned with 4.20 :
