There is "OpenShift AI" item shown in Explore new features and capabilities section, it links to OperatorHub but no operators found

1. It links to Software Catalog -> Operators but rhods-operator not available

Expected results:

Shall we hide "OpenShift AI" link when rhods-operator not available?
