      Description of problem:

The cluster was being updated from version 4.17.30 to version 4.18.22. During the MCP update on the worker nodes, the update got stuck and nodes were reported as Not Ready. It was necessary to cord/drain/reboot the nodes to unblock the update. The must-gather file reported multiple restarts of the csi-smb-node pods, and the namespace events reported errors of type "Error: services have not yet been read at least once, cannot construct envvars"
