Hello Team,

An additional reboot is seen in node when cluster,service networks and machineNetwork are not added in proxy configuration in install-config.yaml

As per below document, we are supposed to apply proxy details as below :

But an additional reboot is happening on node if we configure proxy this way without cluster, service networks and machineNetwork.
