MetalLB tries to process a service with loadbalancer class set

      Description of problem:

      If a service is created with the spec.LoadBalancerClass field set, metallb should ignore it and not handle it, because it's supposed to be handled by another loadbalancer.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a service of type loadbalancer with the loadbalancerclass set

      Actual results:

      MetalLB handles it, assignes it an ip and announces it according to the configuration

      Expected results:

      MetalLB should ignore it because that service is supposed to be handled by another balancer.
