      Description of problem:

      - Lots of `Nameserver limits were exceeded, some nameservers have been omitted` events generates on the RHOCP console.
      - Customer configured total 4 nameserver on nodes at the time of cluster instalaltion.
      - This is a known bug: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1791008 already fixed in RHOCP 4.5.1 https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2020:2409

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      RHOCP 4.10.20

      How reproducible:

      Configure more than 3 nameservers on RHOCP nodes at the time of cluster installation.

      Actual results:

      - We will get lots if `Nameserver limits were exceeded, some nameservers have been omitted` events on RHOCP console. 

      Expected results:

      - We should not get these events on RHOCP console
