Description of problem: Application pods were failing due to probes failures.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.16.20

Additional info:

Customer did restart the application pods followed by the ovnkube-node-xxx pods running on the same node of application pods and also on the egressIP node. After which issue was fixed. Customer is looking for the RCA.
