      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-60559. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

          The MCO payload tests are failing in https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/29741, since the original QE and OTE ports of OCL tests were not updated to account for https://github.com/openshift/api/pull/2399.

These tests should be updated, and backported before continuing that fix.

          4.20

      How reproducible:

          Always, but since 4.20 payloads are in a bad shape, this has not yet made it into periodics, just presubmits
