The sentence in this URL needs to be replaced:

It gives the false impression that the procedure is only valid for setting cgroups v1, but that's wrong. On clusters that are set to cgroups v1 (either manually or because they were upgraded from older clusters), this procedure also allows setting them to cgroups v2.

I'd recommend replacing it with:
